The company is founded as Inoue Choei Shoten in 3-1 Kujo, Nishi-ku, Osaka.
1951
Inoue Special Steel Co., Ltd., is established with JPY 5 million in capital.
1957
The Head Office is relocated to a new building at 1-33-8 Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka.
1969
Corporate Group Fuji Forging Co., Ltd., is established in the city of Muroto in Kochi Prefecture.
1978
Yamazaki Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd., becomes part of the Group.
1985
Daiwa Metal Molds Co., Ltd., (currently Yamazaki Machinery Mfg.fs Die Factory) becomes part of the Group.
1987
Inoue Machinery Co., Ltd., is established.
1991
Yamazaki Machinery Mfg.fs Aito Factory is completed.
1992
A new Head Office Building (ISS Building) is completed at 1-33-8 Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka.

Yamazaki Machinery Mfg.fs Muroto Factory is completed.

The company launches a product search engine.

Sales of processed products surpass 50% of all sales by value.

The company establishes a Quality Control Office.

The company establishes a Sales Support Office.

Inoue Machinery Co., Ltd., relocates to the town of Aito in Shiga Prefecture.

Responsibility for operations at Yamazaki Machinery Mfg.fs Aito Factory is transferred to Inoue Machinery.
